SC:RP Rules [As of Feb. 21, 2018

1.0 - General Rules

Do not bring IRL issues into the server.
Be respectful to other community members.
You are not allowed to quit the game during a chase or roleplay.
Do not pause the game during roleplay, unless your reason is understandable.
Stay In Character at all times, unless and administrator states otherwise.
You may not speak in the OOC chat while being confronted with an IC situation.
As an admin - do not abuse your commands.

Punishments will be given if any rule is broken. [Kick/Ajail 30 minutes]

1.1 - Metagaming & Powergaming
You're not allowed to use anything like smiley's, shortcut words etc in the IC chat, this for an example: ": ) : P lol"
Do not use OOC for IC information purposes.
Do not speak to another playing in /pm or /b during a roleplay session.
There is an exception to using OOC for IC purposes - and that is if you're in a government faction.
You're not allowed to force an action upon another player and force it to succeed without the other player having time to retaliate.
Don't act like Superman as you cannot lift Earth, kick a garbage can fifty feet from you, etc.
NPCing contacts for weapons is prohibited.
You may not force a CK on a player.

1.2 - Third-Party Modifications

Any type of Third-Party Modification is strictly forbidden, we do not allow ELS mods, as we have our own scripted.
Any type of modification that gives you the advantage over another player is forbidden.

However - we do allow these:

First-Person
Cruise Control
HUD
Radar

1.3 - Deathmatching

Running around hitting people with zero roleplay reason is strictly forbidden.
Car Parking is not allowed. (AKA Car Ramming)
Ramming into other vehicles because you're bored will result in nothing more than a jail or kick, depending on the severity.

Punishments will be given if any rule is broken. [Kick/Ajail 45 minutes]

1.4 - Robbing & Scamming

Robbing limit is $5,000
Scamming limit is $20,000
Exceeding these limits will result in a warning and a fine of the amount of cash you have robbed and/or scammed.
Exceeding these limits more than twice will result in a date ban or perm ban.
Robbing a player in a non-secluded area is not allowed. (EX: Town Hall, FCSD, FCFMD, Streets in general)
Robbing a player below level 3 is forbidden and will result in a fine or jail.

GREEN ZONES (You can NOT rob in these places, or their surroundings.)

BCPD
BCFMD
Job Locations

RED ZONES (You can rob in these places)
Streets (AWAY FROM JOBS AND GOVERMENT BUILDINGS)
Alleys
Away From Civilization

Punishments will be given if any rule is broken. [Fine of the amount of cash they've robbed/scammed from a player/Ajail 20 minutes]

1.5 - Abusing GTA SA Physics

You may not bunnyhop or spam spacebar to get somewhere faster.
You may not zig zag (chicken run) to avoid being hit by a taser or bullets.
You may not car surf. (Exception: Trucks, as you can RPly sit on the back of one.)
You may not do a driveby while being the driver of a vehicle.
You may not hijack another persons vehicle while it is occupied with no roleplay involved.
You may not tap the up arrow while on a motorcycle to increase your maximum speed.

Punishments will be given if any rule is broken. [Ajail 1 HR 30 minutes/Ban if necessary]

1.6 - Vehicle Rules

Don't use Job vehicles as personal use, they are for Jobs ONLY.
Any type of crash MUST be roleplayed.
Stop at red lights, as this is a Heavy RP standard server.
You must RP a drive-by, simply pressing H will not be tolerated.

1.7 - Bank/Store Robbing Rules

You may not rob a bank unless there are more than three police officers online.
You may not rob a store unless there are more than two police officers online.
Robbing a bank must include three to five players all above level 8
Robbing a store must include two to three players all above level 5
There is no limit to robbing a bank, unless it's over $1,000,000 it will not be allowed.
You must roleplay carrying a dufflebag to store money in.
You must roleplay breaking into the store or banks vault.

1.8 - Disgusting Roleplay

If you are to roleplay a sex scene, all parties involved AND an administrator must give permission OOCly.
If you plan on doing a really gory scene, please make sure you have an admin-permission to do so.
If any individual involved at any time wants the roleplay scene to STOP, it will be stopped no questions asked.

1.9 - Gun Rules

If you have a 9MM, Deagle, Tec etc - You do not need to RP taking it out.
Big weapons such as MP5, M4, AK47, Shotgun etc - You MUST have an RP done to take it out.
